Lots has been going on lately, and I wanted to make sure everyone is in the loop! Right now the Ash Grove paperbacks are undergoing a tiny face lift and will be unavailable through the standard sales channels (Amazon, BN.com, CreateSpace) for a little while. If you need one before they re-emerge shyly into the sun, just email me. The updated versions will be done by the time UtopYA con comes around at the end of June; I’ll be signing there, so do drop by my table if you’re attending. I’ll also have tons of great Ash Grove swag and merch, including rowan pendants and “Joy” and “Maddie” fragrances!

More fun news: the audiobook of Sea of Secrets is very nearly ready to make its debut! Talented voice actress Meghan Lewis is lending her skills to Oriel’s story, and I think you’ll be delighted with the result. If you long for windswept Victorian landscapes and brooding heroes, this is the (audio)book for you.

Camp NaNoWriMo comes around in July, and I’ve decided to participate this year. Last year I started but dropped out early on; this year I’d like to acquit myself better and complete a draft of my next novel. All encouragement and pom-pom-waving is welcome! And in August you’ll find me and my books at the fabulous AJC Decatur Book Festival, the biggest independent book festival in the country. If you can stand the Georgia heat, come on out!
